Bill Cox

Bill Cox is a Founding and Managing Partner of Integrys Holdings LLC. Bill is a highly skilled entrepreneur with experience in software development, company leadership, and in transitioning businesses.

Bill began his career as a partner with Business Systems Incorporated (BSI) and was instrumental in developing the company's cable subscriber management and billing software package. Bill eventually lead a management buyout of BSI in 1988 and in 1999,  purchased Wiztec Solutions Inc (WSI) from multi-billion dollar software giant Convergys. Together they utilized the infrastructure of WSI to create Integrys Holdings LLC.

Bill has served as President and CEO for WSI, and BSI.
